CHARGES
Access to Walef’s website and membership is free. However, Walef reserves the right to charge a fee and change its policies from time to time. Walef reserves the right, without notice to you, to introduce new services and/or modify existing services along with fees. Introduction to fees or modification to any existing fees is effective immediately upon implementation on the website. At the time of delivery, plastic packaging/bags are chargeable (as per government regulations) if required by the customer.
RETURNS
As such, all orders and service purchases through Walef cannot be returned except for pet store flaws. Please refer to our True Kare service guarantee and refund policy for further details.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Walef reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any transaction/order for pet stores and services that are listed at an incorrect price or are not available. This is enforceable irrespective of order confirmation or payment confirmation. In such events, if the payment has been processed by Walef, the amount will be refunded via the same mode of original payment and the user will be notified of the same with a reasonable mode of communication. After placing an order, Walef will not entertain any user request for order cancellations. Kindly refer to the Order Cancellation policy for further details.
DELIVERY
Walef will only process the order after the payment has been processed in the case of online payment. The seller is responsible for delivering the order as per the details submitted by the user. Walef is not liable for any delays or issues in the delivery process. The user does not have the right to refuse the order at the time of receipt of the ordered items and shall duly make the payment in case of Cash on Delivery payments.

- Contact any or all of your internet service providers and request that they block your access to our platform;
- Suspend or delete your account on our platform; and/or
- Commence legal action against you, whether for breach of contract or otherwise.
- When we suspend or prohibit or block your access to our platform or a part of our platform, you must not take any action to circumvent such suspension or prohibition or blocking including without limitation creating and/or using a different account.
